These terms explain how ncrc-ghana.org works, what our comparisons cover, and what you're agreeing to by using this site. If you're comparing bookmakers through Ghana Bet, read this alongside our page on what to check before you sign up so you understand both how we operate and what to verify on any operator you're considering.

What this site is, and what it isn't

Ghana Bet is an independent comparison and information resource covering sports betting sites available to bettors in Ghana. We publish reviews, comparisons and guides based on publicly available information about operators, including licensing status, bonus terms, payment methods and app performance. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or process withdrawals. Any wagering happens directly between you and the operator you choose, under that operator's own terms.

Nothing on this site is financial advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Where we mention odds, bonus structures, wagering requirements or payout timelines, these are drawn from information available at the time of writing and can change without notice. Always check the operator's own terms before depositing.

Commercial relationships and how content is produced

Some operators featured on ncrc-ghana.org may pay a commission if a reader signs up through a link on this site. This does not influence how operators are ranked or reviewed, and commission arrangements never determine position on any comparison table. Our assessments are based on factors such as licensing category, verified bonus terms, MTN Mobile Money and other payout speeds, minimum odds requirements on bonuses, and app stability — not on which operator pays the most.

We do not test betting products by depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds ourselves. Our reviews are compiled from operator disclosures, public terms pages and, where available, licensing registers. Where a fact could not be verified, we say so rather than guessing.

Licensing information and its limits

Sports betting is legal in Ghana under the Gaming Act 2006 (Act 721), and the Gaming Commission of Ghana licenses and regulates local bookmakers. Where we state that an operator holds a Gaming Commission licence, we do so only where a licence number is available, and readers should verify current licensing status against the Gaming Commission's own register rather than relying solely on our page. Operators licensed only offshore, for example under a Curacao or Anjouan authority, are not subject to Gaming Commission oversight, and Ghanaian bettors using them have no recourse through Ghana's regulatory system if a dispute arises. We flag this distinction wherever it's relevant, but the responsibility to check current status before depositing sits with you.

The National Lottery Authority regulates lottery products in Ghana; it does not license sports bookmakers. Do not treat any reference to the NLA on any third-party site as evidence that a betting operator is regulated.

Accuracy, updates and no guarantees

We take reasonable care to keep bonus figures, minimum deposits, withdrawal minimums, wagering terms and licensing details current as of the date shown on each page, but betting operators change their terms frequently and without warning. We do not guarantee that any figure, offer or licence status quoted on ncrc-ghana.org remains accurate at the moment you read it. Where a discrepancy exists between our page and an operator's own terms, the operator's terms govern. We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on information found on this site, including betting losses, missed bonus eligibility, or disputes with a third-party operator.

Eligibility and responsible use

This site, and the betting operators it covers, are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not target minors or individuals who have self-excluded from betting, and we do not present betting as a source of income, a form of investment, or a way to resolve financial difficulty. Verification requirements such as Ghana Card checks and proof of address are standard licensing obligations at operators, not obstacles to route around, and we do not publish guidance intended to help anyone avoid or delay them. We are not responsible for the content, terms, security or availability of any third-party site, or for any transaction you carry out once you leave ncrc-ghana.org. Clicking through to an operator does not create any relationship between you and Ghana Bet.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our content, commercial arrangements or the regulatory environment in Ghana change. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continuing to use ncrc-ghana.org after a change means you accept the revised terms.
